Leading in Dentistry's Full Spreadsheet Pack

This is the full pack of spreadsheets from Leading in Dentistry, including beginning/end of day checklists, morning huddle walkthroughs, on-boarding spreadsheets (checklists for the first 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months of employment), our Black Belt Training Program (for building skills after initial onboarding), a procedure time tracker for associate dentists, and an accountability log for tracking those difficult conversations.

Onboarding and Training Documents

For those not wanting to bog down their downloads with everything under the sun, this allows you to download just the on-boarding and training spreadsheets. There are checklists for what each position needs to master in the first 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months, as well as a Black Belt Training program for building each positions skills from white belt, yellow belt, blue belt, and black belt.

Accountability Log

One of the most helpful spreadsheets for leaders, the accountability log allows you to keep track of the crucial conversations you have with team members. The spreadsheet is easily able to be filtered, so when it's time for one-on-ones you can pull up every conversation you've had to refer back to! There is also an area for tracking positive notes with team members for you to ensure it's not all negative!
