How Can I Help?

Dr. Wes Eggett has spent the last 20 years in leadership positions and has logged countless hours in studying the strategies of team building, interpersonal communication, and personal development. His experience in leadership ranges from directing the smallest of teams to participating in the management of a 150+ person organization.

Most recently, he served for four years as a United States Army Dentist, a time he describes as his “residency in leadership.” These four years laid the ground work for Dr. Eggett to codify his lifetime of leadership experiences and put them to the test in the dental environment.

Having found a system that works, Dr. Eggett now uses those skills to help dental health care providers and their teams develop personally and become better leaders. “It all starts with becoming better people,” he says. “Better people make better teammates, and better teammates make better teams.”
